From March 19 to 21, the 2018 annual conference of Guangdong Real Estate Association (GREA) and the 4^th Guangdong Country-level Real Estate Development Conferenceare held in Gaoming, Foshan.

The 3^rd board conference of the 7^th council of GREA has approved the 2018 annual report, which stated the key point of 2019 and announced the name list of executive vice president, vice president, executive director, adjustment and alternate of 7^th council.

All committeemembers took turns to speak, placing their hope on the GREA’splaying significant role in building bridge between government and enterprises and offering advices and suggestions on behalf of the enterprises.

Xu Xuewen, vice president of GREA and president of Xiangli Group, presidedover the conference. More than 400 conferees attended, such as Guo Zhuangshi, vice director of Guangdong Housing and Urban-rural Development Department; Liang Xiaoyu, vice director of Guangdong Audit Department Financial Debt Division; and elites from different fields and industries.

By virtue of the resources advantages of real estate enterprises and associations from Guangdong, Hong Kong and Macao, Wang Shao, president of GREA, Hu Weimin, president of Hong Kong Real Estate Committee, and Guan Weilin, Chairmen of Macao Real Estate Association, signed a framework agreement for cooperative development of Guangdong-Hong Kong-Macao Greater Bay Area (GBA), to respond to The Development Plan For GBA.

For purpose of turning GBA into a high-quality area suitable for living, working and travelling, three parties of the agreement will deepen their cooperation and build up an efficient platform for enterprises to communicate. 

Besides, under the promotion of Guangdong Housing and Urban-rural Development, GREA and Guangdong Urban Planning Association issued a joint proposal on rural revitalization and poverty alleviation at the conference. Responding to government’s call, GREA and its members will focus onrural development and revitalization, and complete poverty alleviation effectively and precisely.

At the 4^th Guangdong Country-level Real Estate Development Conference, a number of real estate experts were invited to make elaborateanalysis, to help committee explorecritical ideas and promote new developing strategy. In addition, a dinner to celebrate the 40th anniversary of China's reform and opening-up was held after the conference.
